Operated by WholeShip, in partnership with the Royal Navy, The National Drone Hub is a world leading facility for Beyond Visual Line Of Site (BVLOS) and Ship-Air Integration for drones.
The National Drone Hub provides customers with access to over 5500 square kilometres of segregated airspace, from surface to 55,000 feet.
The airspace supports BVLOS flight test and the essential data capture required for certification of complex drones, networks and sensors.
The National Drone Hub is situated at Predannack Airfield: A 320 hectare site, 600m from the sea, with 4 runways and multiple operating surfaces, suitable for fixed and rotary wing drone operations.
